We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Items can be returned via our online portal or at any of our official retail boutiques.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
